A website is more than just the static pages, the content needs to be updated on a regular basis or the information can become out of date and stale. In some cases this may just mean occasional content changes and in others new pages need to be added frequently expanding your website as your business expands or adding updates to your services and product lines.
With that in mind we have developed the following products that can be included in the development of your website to make the job of managing the day to day operation of your website easier.
WEBY CMS
Our own Content Management System that allows you to edit the content of existing web pages using a “What You See Is What You Get” (WYSIWYG) editor. If you can edit a document in Word you can use this editor 
. Once the website is complete and we hand it over if you need to update some of the text, add an extra paragraph or change an image on a page you just login to the admin area select the page and edit it live. As soon as you save the change the page is updated.

WEBY Store
Our own Shopping Cart system, with all the features that you need and very easy to manage. PayPal integration is a feature as well as an inbuilt invoicing system. Product categories are dynamic and the cart system has been developed for physical products as well as downloadable products.

WEBY Site Builder
Expanding on the functionality of the CMS the site builder comes with all the bells and whistles. Featuring a WYSIWYG editor you can not only edit the pages you can create new ones, move them around and edit the navigation. The site builder has been designed in modules to allow you the greatest flexibility for constructing your website.
The Core module comes with the Page Editor, a File Manager so you can upload files/ images to your website and a Navigation manager so you can edit the order and placement of navigation links.
Addon modules are
- User Module – manage additional administartion users
- Events Module – List of events with drill down for full page display
- News Module – List of news items with drill down for full page display
- Member Module – adds member levels to the website, additional features include members only pages and executive memebrs only pages for the website
- Newsletter Module – Allows you to send a newsletter from the website to all Members who have subscribed

Secure Webmail
We already provide normal webmail for all of our clients as part of the standard hosting packages with Horde and Squirrelmail. Both work really well but are only the basic installation and the port the work on is blocked by some organisations firewalls. With that in mind we went looking for a webmail program that we could install that would provide all of the required features and also work on the normal http and https ports that would allow it to function through the firewalls.
We have installed a custom version of Squirrelmail with some additional features and plugins that will bridge the gap to what they would normally use in Outlook. To make things easier it has been installed on all servers and you can login from the domain that we have setup just for this purpose webymail.com.au.
